To solve these problems, LAIKA offers a one-stop-shop for pet owners in LATAM. LAIKA's digital platform eliminates the need for pet owners to go anywhere else to meet their pets' needs. The platform is divided into two main sections - products and services. In the products section, LAIKA offers over 4,000 references, including a vast range of food brands, snacks, medicines, accessories, and more. In the services section, pet owners can access over 17 healthcare, beauty, and entertainment services for their pets.

All of these products and services are conveniently delivered straight to the customer's home, with the flexibility to choose the date and time of delivery. LAIKA even offers same-day deliveries for major cities and accepts all payment methods, including online and cash on delivery. With LAIKA, pet owners can enjoy a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience.
