Chile’s Keiron Raises USD $1.5M for Further Expansion in Mexico

Keiron develops software tools to manage healthcare services and processes. It provides digital solutions for making and optimizing hospital schedules, ordering goods from pharmacies, and arranging patient's data.

The startup, which was founded in 2019 by Alejandro Yung, Martín Cruz and Alvaro de la Barra, currently has 12 modules that support public and private hospitals on their mission to improve their patient’s user experience by using AI tools.

The round was led by LarrainVial Asset Management and Hero Capital. Jaime Arrieta, Enrique Besa and Agustín Soler participated as angel investors.

The startup is already working with insurance companies and a network of laboratories in Mexico, where it expects have 20 new clients by the end of the year. This growth will go hand in hand with the expansion of its IT and Product Development teams.
