Hero Guest is the country's first digital academy that trains employees in the food and beverages industry. The trainings achieve the learning objectives by using gamification as a solid base, which helps trainees engage more and learn better.

According to Gabriel García, CEO of the company, in Mexico only 2.3% of the companies within the food and beverages industry formally train their employees, resulting in a high turnover rate.

“By being trained, the staff performs better in their work, generates more tips, has a lower turnover rate and therefore, a positive impact on the business is created, which generates a virtuous circle” Gabriel García, CEO of Hero Guest.

The company's latest funding round was led by MVS Communications, with the participation of Grupo Anderson's and Variv Capital. The raised capital will be used for product development and improving the Hero Guest platform, as well as re-structuring the sales and marketing teams.

“We have in mind to strengthen ourselves in Latin America, a region where we are already present; To do this, we first have to consolidate ourselves in Mexico and then be able to expand into new territories” added the CEO of Hero Guest.
