Habi helps people in Colombia buy, sell, and finance homes faster than the traditional real estate process usually allows, using data and AI to value properties and assess risk so it can move deals along more quickly.
The company has secured a USD $40 million credit line from BBVA Spark. This isn't an equity investment — it's borrowed capital Habi will use to fund more home purchases, adding to an existing USD $60 million facility it already has in Mexico, for a combined USD $100 million in available credit.
