Loopia Raises USD $1.2M Seed Round to Build AI Agents for Online Stores

Loopia's AI agents answer customer questions and handle marketing automatically for merchants selling on WhatsApp, Amazon, Shopify, and more.

Loopia builds AI "employees" that handle customer service and marketing for online stores automatically — answering customer questions, following up on abandoned shopping carts, and managing conversations around the clock. It plugs directly into the tools merchants already use, including WhatsApp, Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Shopify, and TikTok Shop, so store owners don't need to hire a full support team to keep up with customers.

The Brazilian startup has raised a USD $1.2 million seed round led by Parceiro Ventures, with participation from Quartzo, Funses I, ACE Founders, and BVC Latam. The round follows an earlier USD $650,000 pre-seed round the company raised in February 2025.

With the new funding, Loopia plans to improve its product, add more integrations, grow its sales team, and bring on more large enterprise customers.
