CondoConta, a Brazilian fintech, has raised $14.6 million to expand its specialized banking services for the condominium sector across Brazil.

CondoConta, a Brazilian fintech that provides banking solutions for condominiums, has secured USD $14.6M in Series A funding. The investment round included new backers SYN Proptech, Endeavor Scale-Up, and Terracotta Ventures, alongside previous investors Redpoint eVentures and Igah Ventures. The funds will be used to consolidate CondoConta's position in the market and expand its operations across Brazil.

The new capital will allow CondoConta to significantly increase new account creation by enhancing integration with Brazil's leading condominium management systems. The company is also set to introduce new products and services aimed at streamlining operations for condominium managers.

Known for its comprehensive financial services tailored to condominiums, such as bank accounts, credit cards, and loans, CondoConta also helps manage overdue payments and simplifies fee collection. The Brazilian condominium sector, which comprises about 8 million units, presents a substantial growth prospect for CondoConta. With the latest funding, the company is poised for major expansion and aims to be the top financial platform for condominiums in Brazil.
